1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Rally marketplace at rallyhq.ca, operated by Rally HQ, Inc. By using the site or submitting a pitch, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What Rally does

Rally is a marketplace that connects brands seeking sponsorships with events seeking sponsors. We facilitate introductions, agreements, and payments between users. Rally is not a party to the sponsorship agreements themselves — those are between the brand and the event.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Rally on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

4. Your account and submissions

  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including audience data and pricing.
  • You won't post anything false, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

5. Fees

Listing a brand or event is free. Rally charges a placement fee when a partnership is signed through the platform. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm a deal.

6. Partnerships between users

Sponsorship terms, deliverables, and outcomes are agreed directly between the brand and the event. Rally provides the tools to make and track those agreements but does not guarantee any result, and is not liable for a user's failure to perform.

7. Prohibited use

Don't use Rally to circumvent our fees, scrape data, transmit malware, harass other users, or violate any law. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

8. Intellectual property

The Rally name, logo, and site content are ours. You keep ownership of the content you submit but grant us a license to display and use it to operate the marketplace.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rally disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace or any partnership formed through it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
